    5 strict HSPU every round and would finish out total reps each round kipping (26 total strict HPSU and 35 kipping HSPU total). Fun laughing with G while we went to total muscle failure 😉

    Great strict skill work- had to add a 2nd mat for a total of 10 reps on larger sets but rest just 1* 60 reps- that’s a win for me

    WOD w/rope standing to floor and knee push ups
    Doubled the rope reps

    Then did WOD w/ posted rope reps and half the
    Pushups and finished at 17:38

    Wod: Did some things for 20 minutes, some of which included jumping/kipping pull ups, wall walks and pike push ups.
