Sarah (Press)

Are you training hard but unsure of what your nutrition should consist of?  Would you like to make changes in your appearance, performance, or both?  Would you like to improve your health and just feel better?  If you answered yes to any of these questions you won’t want to miss the nutrition lecture that will be offered next Saturday, January 16th from 12:30pm til 2:00pm.  If you plan on attending please keep a detailed food journal for all of next week.  You will need to document everything you eat and drink (this means everything)!

  1. Burpee challenge is on hold for me, busted my ankle in BJJ last night.
    I’m keeping track of what I owe so I can catch up when I can put weight on it.

    135lb bench press x 50 reps
    50 ab mat sit-ups feet unanchored

    By far my worst performance on “Lynne”..and she’s a favorite. Had nothing on the pull ups…started strong and then petered out. I’m trying to man up…it will take some time to get back in the true groove of things. I’m sticking to slow and steady wins the race

    9 Burpees

  8. “Lynne”

    Had to do push press instead of bench press due to weird shoulder issue. Used 65 lbs which is 2/3 of Nicole Richie’s weight, NOT mine.

    Total reps of everything: 123

    Robert and Rick, it was good to see you both! I’m glad to see some more Y people at CFJ!!

    Bench press for my entire life as never been a strength for me. Didnt have a spotter today so I didnt try my luck and gut out a few extra reps each time. Numbers would not of been all that much better though!!

    Bench= 29
    Pullups= 110
    Total= 139
