  1. WOD

Used 1 abmat for 10 and 2 abmats for remainder of HSPU’s.
    13:01

    Shoulder press 55#-65#-70#
    Push press 70#-75#-80#
Push Jerk 80#-90#-100# (bad form) 90# (extra set for form)

  2. Nice work this morning Andie!

WOD: 19:08, 2 abmats for HSPU

    SP: 55-70-80
    PP: 85-95-105
PJ: 110 – form breaking down, dropped to 35# bar and worked on form

  3. WOD:
24:54 (Yet another huge weakness with HSPU. Did 10 reps for round 2 and 3 rather than 15. All kettlebell swings unbroken for whatever that is worth.)

    Strength:
    Shoulder Press – 95, 115, 135
    Push Press – 160, 165, 170
Push Jerk – 175, 180 (f), ran out of time

  4. WOD
    As Rx’d
    Time: 10:56

    Shoulder press 3@140, 3@150, Failed@160
    Push press 3@180, 3@190, 3@200
    Split jerk 3@210, 3@225, 2@235

  5. Wod as Rx’d: 13:05
Shoulder Press: 3@65, 3@75, 2@85 (failed last rep)
    Push Press: 3@95, 3@105, 3@115
Split Jerk: 3@125, 2@135(f last rep), 2@135(f last rep)

  6. Wod as Rx’d: 18:46
    Shoulder Press: 3@55, 3@65, 3@75
    Push Press: 3@85, 3@95, 3@105
    Split Jerk: 3@115, 3@125, 3@135
    Looking good JKirk!

  7. WOD: 20:00
    — 500m row for 400m run
    — 1 abmat

    SP – 3 reps: 115, 135, 155
    PP – 3 reps: 165, 170, 175
PJ: no attemps, out of time

  8. WOD modified using one ab mat and one five pound plate.

    16:??

    Shoulder Press – 45, 55, 65
    Push Press – 75, 85, 95
Push Jerk – 115, then 1 at 125 before I bailed. I can get the weight up, but I can’t figure out how to get it back in the rack position without hurting myself.
