    Was strapping in to row around 15:35..DB snatches got heavy real fast and I think that was the slowest 1000m row I have ever rowed.

    Let’s brag on CFJ: this past weekend at Fittest in OK, with this same workout:
    Breck finished RX at 15:55
    Connor finished men’s masters at 14:11
    Laura and Nicole nearly finished this chipper in the 16 minute time cap. I didn’t get close & I admire my teammates for their hard work during this WOD!

    Also, out of the 7 CFJ individuals who competed, 4 placed (2 came in first in their divisions!). Our teams also represented very well – most were first time competitors! Cheers!!!

    Michelle, I agree…let’s brag on the CFJ particpants in Fittest in OK…and you too Michelle, third place is GREAT! So proud of everyone…and the two teams did represent very well!!! I kept checking the website all week end! Breck should post pics of everyone on the website!!

    So proud of all the competitors who did this this past weekend in addition to all of the other WODS including the dreaded Airdyne!!! Connor, your time in the competition astounds me after actually doing that! You are the man!
