  1. Great Pic and stud in the pic.

Do we have any other athletes in the Coed Classic today? I am only tracking Meredith and Tommy Sullivan.

Go get after it Tommy and Double M!!

  2. “Wyk” scaled
105# fs, stripped to 85# for 3-5 (left quad issue)
    2-15ft rope climbs/round
    600m row
    28:32

I never feel good about scaling a Hero WOD, but it’s always an honor to participate. Grateful for the sacrifice.

  3. Modified since the rope climbs still scare me! Next time I’ll try!
    5 FS at 75
Mixture of pull-ups and hand releaed push-ups
Rowed with right leg only, ugh
    400m, 300m, 300m, 200m, 150m
You are official Carl, the pic makes you a CFJ family member!

  4. 115# front squats (worked on squat clean for first one of 5)
5 type climbs but did 3 big pulls not all the way to 15
400m run with 10# (loved running in the rain! )
    33:36

  5. Great WOD Today. Will show my kids the pic…the old man can lift! Feels good to be part of the CrossFit Jenks family. You guys rock.

95# front squat (could do more for next time)
mix of successful attempts on lower rope/touch bar (still learning) and modified
25# weight on runs (400M) finished one on rower

  6. “Wyk” w/ 135 FS & 600m rows (I new for sure I’d be the one to get struck by lightning!)
44:36 (finished 3rd Rope climb in 5th round at time cap)

    Good luck today, Meredith!! 🙂

  7. Wyk w/ 115 front squats, rc, and 600m row due to lightning:
    38:00

My heart wasn’t in it today. Lost my favorite cat last night and Tims mom had a stroke this morning. Not much sleep and lots of tears.

Breck and Brody, I’m sure glad you’re both alive after that near miss with Lightning! So scary. Breck never ran so fast with a 45# plate! Hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight.
