    I agree! I check the site every Saturday morning to get some extra tips. Definitely helps. Hope everyone is doing well at Jenks. Trying to keep up with you all on the leaderboard.

    165 reps (finished row @ 8:54); spent the rest of the time trying to muster my first HSPU. Thanks for the encouragement to the people that were there! Didn’t get it. Couldn’t work the Open workout magic this week.
