  3. Another CFJ Open Week where I bow down to all your efforts. Great work, grit and determination on the 13 minute Chipper. Even more so to those double doozie efforts.
    It is so awesome to see all of you push it very hard and then all the great support and encouragement. Everybody in there showing tips and offering help. The roar of the crowd to get another rep. Love it. Can’t wait to see what next week brings us.
    One thing I know CF Jenks will be ready. To another week of training, fitness and health development and good old fun.
