2 Rounds for time: 
800 Meter run
600 Sandbag carry
400 Meter farmers carry
200 Meter sled push/pull

*Both partners run the 800 together
*Only one partner can carry the sandbag at a time; switch as needed
*Only one set of DB’s or KB’s per team with only one partner carrying them at a time; switch as needed
*One partner pushes 100 meter while other pulls 100 meter on sled then switch
*Athletes choice on loads
