  4. Got to throw down at CF Bartlesville today. They were so kind and helpful.
    CF Jenks WOD RXd = 10:24
    All HandstandWalks unbroken, I adjust to 3 sets of 30ft, 3 sets 10 of rower tucks, one muscle up into 10 ring dips, 50 GHD sit-ups.
    I was smoked.
    Great Job again to all that attacked 16.3. Be ready for Thrusters, or HSPUs this week and or a Chipper.
