With a Continously Running Clock:

0:00-2:00 Run 400m to Max Double Unders

2:00-12:00 Establish a 1 RM Bench Press (work as a team here at benches)

12:00-14:00 Max Reps Hand Release Push- Ups

14:00-24:00 Establish a Max Cluster of 1 Power Snatch to 1 OHS to 1 Hang Squat Snatch

24:00-28:00 Run 800m to Max Knees to Elbows

28:00-31:00 Max Reps Irish KettleBell Swings = 1 Russian Swing + 1 American Swing = 1 Irish Swing

  1. 400m run (1:48) that is fast for me, 7 DU’s
    Bench up to 130#
    HRPU’s- 28
    800m run- just passed front of building at 4:00.. Needed 5 extra seconds!
    Irish swings- 20

    Double Unders = 0 πŸ™‚
    Bench = 100#
    HR Push Ups = 27
    Pwr Snatch/OHS/Sq Snatch = 80#
    600m run = 3:30
    K2E = 5
    Irish KBS = 22

  3. 400m – 1:00
    DU – 50
    Max Bench – 245#
    HRPU – 35 reps
    Complex – 175#
    800m run – 2:52
    Knees 2 elbows – 13 reps
    Irish KBS 70# – 18 reps

  4. Double Unders = 40 reps….didn’t look at 400m run time but it was less than 1:30
    Max Bench = 85-105-125-130….took the rest of the time to try and catch my breath…lol
    HRPU = 38 or 39??
    Power Snatch + 1 OHS + 1 Hang Squat Snatch = 85-90-95…called it good after 3rd lift πŸ™‚
    K2E = 4 reps….didn’t look at 800m run time but obviously not a lot of time left
    Irish KBS w/ 45# = 29 reps

    Super tough WOD for me!

    Bench press up to 130# (PR by 25# ha!)
    HRPU: 41 (24 on feet, then went to knees)
    Max Power snatch to OHS to HSN: 85#
    Run 600 (knew I couldn’t do 800) didn’t look at time
    K2E: 5
    Max rep Irish KBS: 26
