  2. WOD switching to ring rows from pull-ups on round of 20 (too wet to grip bar)…everything else as prescribed. Happy to be running again

    WOD w/25# KB, cut the pull ups in half and did from bench, ran first 1200M and 400M of the 800M, then switched to rowing

    38:58…thought it would never end!
