    Rope = 12 bent knee rope drops/climbs
    DU = 64 Van Halen (broken up and should have came back with another singer besides Sammy Hagar) DU
    Deadlifts = 24 at BW (185#)

    9 min AMRAP with Bike/Rope Drops/DU/185# Deadlifts
    2 complete rounds- should have gone 75% on DL
