  2. This WOD destroyed me, but I like the programming.

    Rx: I got knocked out (didn’t achieve 10 kb swings in 60 sec) somewhere in the third lap. Switched to 5 swings EMOM and finished out lap 3. Did not finish.

    Lots of strategy to this one. Resting is not your friend. Good job to everyone.

  3. First 1/2 mile Rx’d. Lower back was killing me – dropped to 35# KB for last 1/2 mile.
    Time: 23:50
    Completed yesterday’s strength up to 195#

  4. Mod WOD at home w/14# weight vest and 10 air squats every minute
    13:32 for the mile then finished the rest of the way home for 1.21 miles total in 16:35 (did the squats up to the finish on the minute)
