400 Meter Buddy Carry (switch partners as needed)
200 Double Unders (switch partners every 50 reps) MRX lateral jumps
100 Wall Ball Shots 20/14# 10/9’ (switch partners every 25 reps)
80 Deadlifts (switch partners every 20 reps)
60 Hang Snatch (switch partners every 15 reps)
40 Overhead Squats (switch partners every 10 reps)
20 Bar MU’s (switch partners every 5 reps) MRX Burpee C2B
Men: 95# Rx+115# MRX 75#
Women 65# Rx+80# MRX 55#

    *Butter carried me the entire 400M buddy carry- never set me down – I did nothing- I’m a schmuck.
    *Got to MU at 15:30 something and I did 3/2 then Butter did 5. Then I had multiple failures after 3 MU and took forever to get my final 2 reps. Sooooooo I dropped the ball big time at the end of this- thanks for carrying me, Butter! Fun partner WOD!
