30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups (unanchored using arms)
50 Double unders, crossovers or heavy rope singles
*Every 5 minutes do a 400 meter run and WOD starts with 400.

    1.5 mile treadmill run
    4 rds w/50# KB
    Took entire 40:00
    Should have run 2 miles, would have been 5:00 or so over the cap

  4. Butter – I feel this gem needs a more violent name, so I’m going with “Wrecking Ball”

    200m through 15 minutes
    500m bike for rest
    20 Russian KB – 35#
    30 elevated push ups 24” box
    40 situps
    20 dubs (single-double)

    Completed 39/40 situps of 4th round at cap. Finished remaining sit-up and 20 dubs. Very, very unwell

  5. WOD w/ 4 400m runs and 4 400m rows; first time running since July so tried to not overdo it. 10 bike cals for DUs (still can’t jump without pain)

    400 meter runs for the first 20 minutes then switched to 200’s.
    20 KB swings
    20 push ups
    40 sit ups
    40 heavy rope
    Hit the cap, then ran a 400 and finished with 10 sit ups and 50 heavy rope.
