Team WOD

In teams of 2 with only one person working at a time complete the following in order for time:

100 S2O 95/65 RX+ 135/95

100 Hang Power Clean 95/65 RX+ 135/95

100 Double Push-up Over the Bar Burpees

1500m Row

*only one bar can be used. If a guy and girl team one bar for each or Scale/RX/RX+ etc

**Must slap hands to switch**

    7 @30#
    5 @ 45#
    3 @ 45#
    1 @ 55#

    WOD (snatches and DU’s–subbed 100 single unders for 50 doubles)
    (did first 2 rds of singles unbroken and did 2 sets of 50 on last 2 rds)
    only used 30# bar
    Finished at 11:47
    25 max reps with only 30#

    12/m/103#/A-level effort/25#
