    Did MU through the 3’s and then did 2 of 4 MU and 1 of 5 MU (completed those rounds w/ burpee C2B)…..only positive today is that I was able to get some consecutive MU’s today!

    Used the thin white band since the bar felt like a slip n slide. Fun hour of weakness training! Lots of resting and working on dropping quick.
