    Subbed C2B first 4 minutes then switch to kipping pull-ups, got 7 in 10th minutes. Finished with ring rows in last minute

  15. BP is not only an awesome guy, he is one hell of an athlete. Nice extension BP!!
    MUs = 6rds + 3MU or 3 MU in minute 7
    Then finished out remaining 12 min with pull-ups.
