    10 back extensions (full range of movement, right Nicole?!?)

    WOD Rx weight/ 25ft HSW each round
    8+ 25ft HSW and 4 DL

    1st rd HSW unbroken- the rest very broken
    HSW got realllll dicey last two rounds. Great 12 class!

  6. 17 handstand walks
    Did some deadlifts @ 95# and some at 215# on asads bar (thanks Asad). Ran half yesterday and very sore.
