    20:23 but realized bout 5 min after I had completed WOD that I forgot the last rope climb before last set of barbell push ups…so add 30-40 seconds on time!
    Around 21:00 min!

    WOD w/ 75# and 10 of the situps NOT military
    32ish, way over cap. All rows sub 1:50 pace average, first time ever doing the 15′ rope!
