    I must confess, the CF Jenks athletes that hit this so hard and gave it their all this morning was so inspiring. Thanks for pushing me to see this one through.
    I love the feeling of accomplishment after training with a WOD like this. Hurts so good and challenges you both mentally and physically. The mental WODs are always a good test of intestinal fortitude.

    Calli and I used the little baby weights and got our percentages to the T, but now I don’t remember our numbers and I’m too lazy to recalculate. We went off of a 165 lbs max. Nice work today, Calli!

    I can’t count.
