    WOD Rx (Bar MU’s & Strict HSPU’s):
    4 OH Lunges @18:00

    2:04 + 2:22 + 2:13 + 3:00 + 2:55 + 1:57 = 14:31

  2. Strength: up to 145#

    Mod WOD: Weight Rx, burpee C2B, abmat HSPU, and had to finish the lunges in front rack position instead of overhead: 17:34-5:00: 12:34

  3. 3RM OHS 85#

    WOD w/65#, burpee PLU & 2 abmats for hspu
    (Only did 4 OH lunges, did front rack last 6)

    WOD RX+ (little disappointed after days of talking me into RX+ Mr Berry opted for rx)

    This WOD put a hurt on me and made me realize there is still a lot of work to do. Far from unbroken.

    95# (did 75# on the overhead lunges)
    most of the C2B were regular PLU’s
