    CF Jenks what an awesome day of classes today. I always love reflecting on how hard yet smart all of you hit your training after a day of coaching. Great job today and thanks for all your effort. Gotta love the new 8am class.

    Part A: Well I was called out by a Grand buddy yesterday so I went for at try at 5 TnG Clean & Jerks at 185lbs. Successful. Had no idea I could hit that.
