    Finally was able to perform yesterday’s training.
    Pumped as I felt good and gave running another go.
    EMOM x 10min
    -Strict chin-ups = 11-11-11-11-11 for a grand total of 55 strict chin-ups
    -Bench Press 10 reps = 145-145-145-145-145 for a grand total of 50 reps at 145lbs
    -“Reverse Helen” and Happy to say as RXd = 11:14 (all unbroken)
    -All core development complete hollow & arch rocks 25each, 25 weighted sit-up 35lb dumbbell, 25 back extensions

    Medium
    6 x 4 min / 2 min easy
    Row six 4 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure
    between each piece.

    ~ 8,500m
