    Up to 175#

    WOD with Rx weight(155#) and step overs on Burpees (due to calf soreness)
    Made it to 2 Squat Cleans in round 6

    20 hspu (modified to 10 and went from the floor)

    1 rd + 18 reps
    Rips for days on those hang power snatches. Hspu were slow but I did them!
