  1. HSPU’s- I normally steer clear of these due to my neck, did 5 strict.

    PP- 105-115-120
    MOD WOD
    Started w/105#, peeled weight to 95# halfway thru 1st set of cleans. Mixed step-ups and jumps. Mentally checked out before WOD.. 12:07

    Didn’t want to have to put an * by my name or get called out by Breck for going into kipping at the end to get a couple more reps so stuck to strict!

    Stayed unbroken on everything but dropped at 8 on the 12 deadlifts great workout and hard hitting class good job everyone!!!!

    Strength: PP up to 185#, SP failed 4th rep on set of 4 at 135# and no reps @ 145#

    Wod w/ 24″ box and 125# (good choice for me)
