    Yesterday’s WOD. Ran out of time yesterday to post. Did not plan on doing this one and resting for Today’s WOD. Ended up doing it.

    Bench Press = 225(3)-245(2)-265(1) most I have bench pressed since summer 2014.

    WOD RX+ = 10:53 I like sit-ups but not a fast rower.
    1min Row for distance = 328 meters

    Todays WOD. I had to do today’s WOD as wallballs and box jumps are a form of CrossFit Kryptonite to me that I need to practice.

    Jerk = 205-215-225-245 fail- 235 I can get under 245, but everytime my left shoulder and arm can’t hold up. Will just have to keep working. A little frustrating as I used to push press 245 for 2.

    WOD = 19:18 smoked me
    I finished first round right around 7min, but the old motor needs an oil change or something. Gotta keep after it and working on building a tolerance to Kryptonite.

    Love seeing all the PRs lately by CF Jenks athletes. Keep it up and the training.
    Look forward to a rest day tomorrow. Hope everyone enjoys today’s WOD.

    125-135-145-tried to jump to 165 (f). Tried 155 (f). It got in my head. I think I can get 150-155 just need to work on technique some more.
